I.C.E Out Oregon is an ongoing photo series documenting protests and federal law enforcement presence in Portland and Eugene. The series captures organized demonstrations, including naked bike ride protesters in Portland and pop up protests outside the federal building in Eugene, where individuals gathered in opposition to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and broader federal immigration enforcement.
Federal personnel, including members of the Department of Homeland Security, were present to monitor and secure federal property during these events.
These photographs document observable interactions, body language, positioning, and the physical environment of the protests as they unfolded. The work focuses on preserving real moments as they occurred, providing a visual record of public demonstration, law enforcement presence, and civic expression in shared public space.
